Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer
Role
- Engineer/Sr. Enginee
Responsibilities:
- Preparing Engineering documents
- Process Flow Diagram
- Operational Logic for control system
- Conducting Proper Reviews and maintaining revision logs of drawings
- Electrical Drawings
- Ladder Logic
- Selection of Electrical and Instrumentation components as per Work Order
- Addition of components in ERP/ Issue MTO for procurement
- Inward Quality Check of Procured Item
- Conducting Acceptance Test of Control Panel at Vendor’s End
- Providing assistance to Integration Team for integration activity
- Providing assistance to SCM team for vendor identification for procuring items
- Conducting Trials of System as per operational logic and give clearance for dispatch
- Ability to understand ladder logic and make necessary changes in the PLC logic in case any modification is required. (PLC - Siemens/Schneider)
Key Performance Indicators:
- Completion of Engineering Activity on Time – 60% weightage
- Zero Loss to Firm in term of Time and Money – 20% weightage
- Completion of special projects in Time Frame – 10% weightage
- Cost Saving Initiative (without impacting performance/quality/aesthetics) – 10% weightage
