Responsibilities:
- Arranging Inter-departmental Kick off Meeting once the Sales Order is generated.
- Allocating time frames to different departments for on time completion of project.
- Tracking all activities to meet the deadline.
- Keeping track of allocated budget against actual.
- Timely updates to Sales Team/Client about the ongoing status of project.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Ensuring On time completion of project– 80% weightage
- Completion of project under budget – 20% weightage
